Passion, Hospitality & Excellence
From haute gastronomy to bespoke butler service, KŌM brings together Tulum's finest talents to transform every villa in its collection into a private luxury residence.
Together, let's raise the standard of hospitality in Tulum.
To offer exceptional moments to our guests, we seek to surround ourselves with rare personalities: artisans devoted to their craft, rigorous, discreet, and driven by the art of sharing. We are not looking for mere partners, but alliances of the heart and trust. If your expertise is expressed in the care of the smallest detail, let us get to know each other and create the exceptional together.
The pillars of the KŌM experience
Gastronomy & Wellness
THE ART OF HOSPITALITY & CARE
KŌM works with private chefs, mixologists and sushi masters capable of designing bespoke culinary experiences, from sourcing local produce through to table service. Our wellness vertical calls for certified therapists and massage practitioners, delivering holistic treatments and exclusive rituals directly within the villas of the collection.
Logistics & Mobility
SEAMLESS MOVEMENT & DISCRETION
Punctuality and seamlessness define our standards. We select bilingual private chauffeurs operating premium vehicles (executive Suburban/Van type), highly responsive on-the-ground concierges and trusted boat captains to orchestrate our guests' transfers, private cenote excursions and sea outings.
Operations & Maintenance
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE & RIGOR
Guaranteeing flawless technical condition and cleanliness at every check-in is our obsession. This vertical brings together our professional housekeeping teams trained to luxury hotel standards, our premium laundry partners, and our technical maintenance experts (air conditioning, electrical, pool) and security specialists.
Creative & Art de Vivre
CAPTURING THE EXCLUSIVE
The image of KŌM and our partner owners rests on an uncompromising visual aesthetic. We are looking for real estate and lifestyle photographers, filmmakers, floral designers and local craft artisans capable of elevating spaces and capturing the organic essence of the KŌM experience in Tulum.
